Full colour, single process
One shade from root to tip, grey coverage included, gloss to finish.
For a colour change or a first colour: one shade taken through the whole head, with the roots developed separately from the lengths so the result reads as one tone instead of a hot band at the scalp.
Who it suits
- Going darker, warmer or cooler by one to two levels
- Full grey coverage on a first appointment
- Evening out lengths that have been coloured at home
What happens
- Consultation with the shade chart in the window light
- Root application first, lengths after, two development times
- Wash, acid gloss to seal the cuticle, care mask
Good to know
Going lighter than your current colour is a different job, see highlights or balayage. Allergy test required forty-eight hours beforehand. Colour on hair longer than the shoulders may fall into the next bracket.
How the appointment goes
Consultation, dry
Ten minutes sitting up before the basin: what your hair does on its own, what you want it to do, and what the price will be.
Basin and care
Shampoo chosen for your scalp, a proper massage, and the treatment your lengths ask for rather than the one on promotion.
The work itself
Cut, colour or treatment, with the same stylist from start to finish. You are shown the result section by section, not only at the end.
Finish and the how-to
The finish, then the two moves to repeat at home, and the honest answer on which product you actually need.
